By accessing or using the TableTap platform, website, and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
TableTap provides a cloud-based, mobile-first point-of-sale (POS) platform for the hospitality industry, including:
- Digital menu management and QR code ordering
- Kitchen display and ticket printing systems
- Table management and order routing
- Payment tracking and processing
- Performance analytics
3. Account Registration
You must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old.
4. Subscription Plans
TableTap offers Starter, Advanced, and Enterprise tiers. Free trial periods begin on activation. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Do not interfere with the Services
- Do not reverse engineer or redistribute
6. Data Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to your business data. TableTap does not claim ownership of your content.
7. Payment Processing
Payment processing features are subject to regulatory approval. TableTap is not a financial institution. Full payment capabilities will be available upon receiving ERCA approval.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TableTap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Addis Ababa.
